Can I schedule a pickup online?

Yes. Simply log into your account, select the service you need and schedule a pickup time that works best for you.

What is your turnaround time?

The average turnaround is 2 days. For emergencies, same day service is available.

What areas do you service?

We service the TriState area. Refer to the map below for details.

How do I give special instructions for my garment?

You upload a picture when you request a pickup and pin a note on your garment.

Should my gown be cleaned before or after the wedding?

If it’s your own gown, clean it after. If it’s borrowed, clean it before.

How should I store my garment?

First, have it cleaned. Then store it in room temperature with no plastic. You can use the Landau’s boxes sold at our location if it’s being stored for more than a year. If it’s being store for less than a year, use a breathable garment bag made of material.
